LGA plans to host the Boys League
(non-sanctioned) meet on Sunday, March 2 with 2 afternoon sessions.
We need a coordinator for the event and individuals to help with
the following committees:

Set up, work & clean up concession stand. We have
pop and snacks left over from Winter Cup. |

Obtain candy bars for handstand contest, order
and fill goody bags. We got a great deal on the bags for Winter
Cup. |

Order medals and ribbons. We have medals left
over from Winter Cup and will order from the same company. |

Amy Bartle |
Schedule parents and athletes to help at the judges
table and take money at the door. |

Create a program to be sold at the door that includes
a roster of the athletes. We have samples from Winter Cup. |
| Judges food |

Secure food for the coaches and candy for the
judges’ tables. |
